External hosts may organize events at WeGrow under these conditions:
Speaker/Team Limits:
• Maximum 5 external speakers/team members per event
Marketing & Data Rules:
• WeGrow will promote your event through our channels (newsletters/social media)
• Hosts must obtain attendee consent before sharing contact details
• Recording sessions requires visible disclaimer and opt-out option
Compliance:
• Hosts are liable for content legality (no hate speech/unauthorized sharing)
• WeGrow reserves right to cancel non-compliant events without refund
